  12.    related to Classical Christianity (a term coined by C.S. Lewis to
  13.    describe a theology which affirms the importance of a transforming
  14.    faith in Christ as God and Savior). The latest version of this guide
  15.    is available by anonymous ftp from iclnet93.iclnet.org as
  16.    /pub/resources/christian-resources.txt. A hypertext version is
  17.    available at www.calvin.edu and a gopher version via bible.acu.edu.

  345.    As with all anonymous file transfer (aFTP) on Internet, issue the
  346.    command ftp ; use the user id ANONYMOUS to login, your e-mail address
  347.    as password. Use GET to download a file, CD to change directory.
  348.    Remember to issue the command: BIN, if the file is not ascii (ie. .zip
  349.    or .tar.Z). When in doubt enter the command: HELP. Macintosh users be
  350.    sure that your transfer software is set for binary transfer for
  351.    program files and text transfer for text files. Directory structure
